We are all born with the gift of sight. Some grow out of it and forget, as their innocence is filled with day to day life, others continue and their gifts grow. I was lucky to be one of the many who grew, surrounded by spirits and passed loved ones. I did not always understand what was happening or the things I would see or hear. However it was always a comfort and much needed support throughout the years. The first time I knew I would be a medium (because that wasn't a word that came up in a strict Roman Catholic home) was when I was reading a book about children who channelled great works of art. I remember sitting there holding the book and thinking... yes this is me... one day I will do this.
I hid my gift from friends and most family, as it was looked down upon and not acceptable behaviour to display. Throughout the years they have saved me on many occasions as I have always been a rebel at heart always walking the wild side and pushing the boundaries. Yet they were always there keeping me safe, making the traumatic somehow more bearable. I realise that these trails of human strength and perseverance were put before me for a reason. It took me a long time to understand that until you have had the experience, how can you understand others going through similar situations? I have always had a wise head on young shoulders but now I have the wisdom to understand and see it for its truth.
I have travelled to many countries and taken part in their cultures, religious beliefs and ceremonies; each one contributing to my knowledge and understanding of spirit. I work with all my senses on a soul level in many forms, communicating with those in spirit on your behalf.
I have held service, giving messages and evidence of life after death in many spiritual centres and have been giving private readings for 10 years now. I believe this is the next step of reaching out and assisting a wider spectrum of people.
